LOGENIOS for shippers: no logistics without ETA.

Guide your products safely to any destination!

Your customers love your products and service! Why? You deliver all your goods safely, punctually and free to any destination. They can always count on the time of arrival you provide.

You can only operate this effectively if you know exactly what’s going on at all times. You collect information to support your customers. Precisely and in real time.

To do this, you need data from many sources – from all your partners in logistics and freight forwarding. Ideally, that data is fed right into your enterprise resource planning (ERP) system or other operations software. After all, you want transparency about expected times of arrival and all completed deliveries.

LOGENIOS makes it easy for you to obtain this information. We serve as the go-to gateway for ETAs and PODs from everyone in the value chain.

ETA – Time your logistics processes precisely

LOGENIOS is a standard interface for logistics providers and freight forwarders that merges data supplied by all source systems for any target system. As a shipper, this means you receive real-time status data on every ongoing shipment from everyone involved in the process. You will not only know the arrival time at the destination but will also receive the proof of delivery (POD). Modern software solutions can additionally factor in the driver’s driving and rest times and thus accurately predict whether a trip will arrive within the allotted time slot.

What does ETA stand for?

ETA stands for “estimated time of arrival”. It is used in logistics for planning and for coordinating processes at the destination so that they coincide with the truck’s arrival within stated time slots. This requires data on the completed trip, the route plan with traffic conditions and the driver’s driving and rest times. The ETA is calculated using live data from the vehicle.
